About The Role

We seek a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in an x-functional team environment. You will elevate the business performance of GLAMI on the Russian market. The ideal candidate has a clear ad-tech business development background and will have deep experience building and implementing partnership strategy as well as elevating business performance from establishing new opportunities to managing execution. 
 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and implement the partnership strategy
    • Scout and initiate new partnerships, manage and grow existing ones
    • Manage, consult, educate new & existing business partners on opportunities with GLAMI, the solution, integration, and optimization towards the desired goals
  • Drive product innovation, develop new ideas on how to further improve the user experience for business partners
  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure the development and constant evolution of global best practices

You’ll Need:

  • Fluent Russian and professional level of English, other languages a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role related to e-commerce, data and technology solutions, direct response marketing, ad-tech, partnerships or CRM
  • Partner oriented mindset and proven negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset, strong communicator, deep understanding of advertising and e-commerce success metrics
  • Able to work in a fast-moving x-functional environment, positive go-getter attitude, data-driven, willing to learn and build amazing things
