Make our offices a joy to stay in and work in, maintain office supplies and refreshments, co-develop and manage office expense budgets
Responsible for office design, seating arrangements and furniture, work on design of offices according to 'Slovak Design' theme to make space more personal, interesting and comfortable - suggestions and execution, different themes for meeting rooms
Support for senior management team in BA/KE - mainly travel & scheduling support, business errands
Manage vendors, develop a strong relationship with Property Manager
Make sure office is compliant with workplace regulations (safety, health,)
Administration of expenses, business travel, attendance, benefits and food vouchers
Document management - Keep online and offline docs up to date, storage nice and tidy
Mail, state authorities, correspondence
Arrange for new equipment for newcomers / equipments and peripherals in general
Meeting room bookings, meetings support
- People / Environment / Happiness:
Drive / Participate on creating events/dinners/workshops both in the office and outside
Focus on people happiness - learn preferences of team members, involve them in environment design, and generally engage with everyone on team
Join forces with our fantastic Barbora in Prague to unify office management and people happiness framework across CEAI
Greet all visitors, provide refreshment and make them feel very welcomed
Work with our community manager on overall culture and brand
Social media - help Barbora with content for Insta, Facebook, Twitter blogs
Support for events - organised throughout SK with our recruitment and marketing teams
- Corporate Apartments
Responsible for all arrangements in SK corporate apartments, take care of booking
Work with team on further design and set up
Experience & skills
1-3 years of experience in a office/support/pm role
Fluent in English language
Startup/fast growing business experience
Experience with booking travel arrangements
Very good presentation, spreadsheet, and document skills
Familiar with tech and cloud tools
Familiar with basic bookkeeping and business administration agenda (expenses, incoming and outgoing invoice workflow, cash)
Good written & verbal communication skills
