We are looking for an automation and data analytics enthusiast who can seamlessly connect various systems, simplify processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making. If you love optimising workflows, integrating systems, and analysing data—without complex coding—this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

🚀 Automation & Integration

Design and implement automation to streamline routine tasks.
Connect different systems and tools without the need for coding.
Optimise workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Utilise no-code platforms to automate and enhance processes.
Manage integrations between internal systems such as CRM, data platforms, and accounting tools.

🚀 Data Handling & Analysis

Manage data flows and ensure smooth integration across tools.
Support reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Work with SQL and data integration platforms to ensure data consistency.
Identify and resolve automation and data issues to maintain seamless system operations.

🚀 Supporting Teams & Process Improvement

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and agency teams to optimise processes.
Create simple guides and documentation for colleagues.
Train and share best practices in automation tools and workflows.
Support teams in configuring and customising CRM and workflow management tools.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Experience with no-code/low-code tools and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to process optimisation.
Basic understanding of data management, integrations, and automation.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Independence, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
English proficiency for reading technical documentation and written communication.
