We’re looking for someone with solid experience in internal communication and event management, who knows how to connect people, share key information, and strengthen company culture. This isn’t a junior role — we need a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of experience who has already built internal communication strategies and understands the dynamics of technology and data-driven companies like ours. What will you do?

Take charge of internal communication – You’ll create a structured communication plan to ensure employees receive the right information at the right time and in the right format.
Improve information accessibility – Optimize internal communication channels, including Confluence and other digital tools.
Plan and execute company events – From team-building activities and celebrations to large-scale company events, you’ll create experiences that strengthen our culture and connections.
Boost company culture and engagement – Lead and support a team of internal ambassadors to drive employee participation and create a strong sense of community.
Measure the impact of internal communication – Use feedback and data to understand what resonates with employees and continuously improve communication and event strategies.

Who are we looking for?

Hard skills & experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communication, event management, or HR marketing.
Experience working in tech companies – You know how to communicate with developers, data analysts, or engineers.
Proven ability to build and implement internal communication strategies.
Design skills – Canva or Figma aren’t new to you; you can create visually appealing internal content.
Strong copywriting skills – You can write clear, engaging messages that capture attention.
Analytical mindset – You know how to track engagement, measure communication effectiveness, and adjust based on insights.
Fluent English – English is our primary language, so good knowledge is a must.

Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker – You bring new ideas and know how to execute them.
Self-driven with a hands-on approach – You don’t just propose initiatives; you see them through to completion.
