🔎 Employer Branding Manager that puts Datamole on the map!

With offices in Prague, Brno, and Český Krumlov, we want the right people to know about Datamole – whether they’re experts in data, AI, or engineering. We need someone who doesn’t just come up with employer branding ideas but can bring them to life and measure their impact. If you have experience building an employer brand in an innovative company, understand professionals from various fields, and can sense what’s trending, we want you on our team!

What will you do?

  • End-to-end employer branding – You’ll help shape our strategy, track key metrics, and continuously find ways to make Datamole more visible to top talent.
  • Build and manage our reputation – Oversee our presence on Atmoskop, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, and actively respond to feedback.
  • Align branding with company culture – Ensure our employer brand genuinely reflects what it’s like to work here. This means close collaboration with leadership, internal comms, and HR.
  • Job fairs, meetups, networking – Make sure we show up in the right places, build strong relationships, and position Datamole as an employer of choice. 
  • Manage employer branding on social media – Create engaging content that showcases our culture, people, and projects.
  • Improve the employee experience – Help refine hiring, onboarding, and employee development to make Datamole a great place to work.
  • Develop and manage company merchandise – From onboarding swag to cool giveaways for events.
  • Work with internal brand ambassadors â€“ Engage employees in strengthening our employer brand from within.

Who are we looking for?

What skills and experience should you have?

  • 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, HR marketing, or recruitment marketing.
  • Experience building an employer brand in an innovative, tech-driven company – You know how to attract top professionals across different fields, not just developers.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and HR marketing platforms – You’re comfortable using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Atmoskop, and similar tools.
  • Event management skills – Whether it's meetups, job fairs, or internal events, you know how to organize impactful experiences.
  • Copywriting & creative content production – You write compelling content and know what works best on different platforms.
  • Analytical mindset – You track engagement, evaluate success, and continuously optimize.
  • Fluent English – Our employer branding needs to work in an international environment.
