We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of the Tolion Health App, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, and high-quality product deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Execution Planning:

Develop, manage, and track project plans for multiple teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of the Tolion Health App
Work closely with the Product Manager to align development milestones with strategic goals and user need
Establish clear deliverables, define priorities, and maintain focus across engineering, AI, UX, and business teams

Cross-functional Leadership:

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders (AI engineers, neuroscientists, regulatory experts, designers, and marketing teams) to ensure all aspects of product development align with company objectives
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across technical and business teams
Drive a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Risk Management & Compliance:

Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity planning
Support legal and regulatory processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations
Work with quality assurance and compliance teams to support necessary certifications and security protocols for a digital health product

Process Optimization & Delivery Excellence:

Establish project management best practices to optimize execution efficiency, using Agile or hybrid methodologies
Define and monitor key project metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous enhancement of workflows
Maintain structured documentation, including roadmaps, risk logs, and stakeholder reports

What We Expect:

7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital health, AI-driven applications, or regulated tech sectors
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects from inception to launch
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, data security, and quality assurance in healthcare or digital products
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and proactively solve challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on AI-driven healthcare applications
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and healthcare certifications
Background in legal, cybersecurity, or regulatory affairs related to digital health
Experience in product launch execution and market entry strategies
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
