Within the finance industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to support internal applications.
This is you
- Completed education in IT or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management, optimal in 1st and 2nd level support for online applications.
- Strong understanding of Event, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), monitoring tools, and system administration software.
- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of process development and optimization, particularly ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request Fulfilment).
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak language on native level.
This is your role
- Monitoring and managing incoming events through tools like Graylog or Splunk, focusing on log files, databases and response times.
- Providing and fulfilling standard services, including access requests and the provision of technical solutions.
- Handling technical customer inquiries
- Monitoring Risk Management infrastructure, products, and services to proactively respond to incidents and irregularities.
- Analyzing and preventing recurring incidents and continuously improving processes to minimize impact.
- Providing support for all Services and Solutions, particularly for complex customer inquiries and technical challenges.
