Ad Operations Specialist
We are a Czech technology company with a global reach. Our main product is a network of websites and applications known abroad mainly under the brand Flashscore. We provide users with maximum real-time sports content - results, tables, videos, articles, audio commentaries, text commentaries or photos. This allows them to fully enjoy all the sports moments that are important to them.
The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and providing tech support for the Sales team. This role requires a blend of manual operations and technical skills to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, delivered on time, and optimized for maximum performance.
What will you do?
Set up, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns
Perform manual operations to ensure timely and precise completion of tasks.
Prioritize and own tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Able to automate internal processes using APIs
Semi manually by JavaScript, Python / Playwright or similar
End goal being uploading campaigns, batch changing banners directly from spreadsheets or through API into GAM or Revive
Provide technical support for sales managers (Inventory, tracking, creatives)
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in ad operations or a similar tech support role (CMS, website creation)
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technologies (e.g., GAM, Google Analytics, Revive).
Good time management and communication skills.
Ability to independently contribute to team efforts.
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Excel, and creative tools.
Understanding of affiliate principles, revenue share, and conversion measurement.
Very good knowledge of English and Czech.
We will be extra happy if you have
Experience with using LLM (AI) agents, or at least LLM chat in daily routines
Knowledge of sportsbookie affiliate principles and odds
