Finance Manager

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, manage payroll and workforce records, and ensure smooth financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to key financial processes, and support the company’s ongoing growth.
Your Role
As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing management accounting and preparing monthly financial reports;
- Collaborating with outsourced accountants to ensure smooth operations;
- Handling financial documentation (invoices, acts, etc.);
- Managing payroll and workforce records;
- Processing and handling payments efficiently;
- Liaising with auditors, accountants, banks, and payment systems;
- Supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries.
What We Expect from You
- A degree in economics, finance, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles;
- Experience in financial analysis and working with financial regulations;
- Fluency (B2+) in Russian, Czech, and English;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
