Four years ago, we expanded into the corporate world, offering a secure whistleblowing platform for employees to report sensitive issues such as fraud, sexual harassment, or discrimination. We’re seeking a dynamic SEO Specialist (Link Builder) to join our growing SEO team. We are seeking a junior candidate with some experience in marketing (especially in SEO) or internal communications. The key attribute we are looking for is a strong drive for both personal and company growth. You will work closely with our SEO Manager Kristyna, and other members of the marketing team.

🙌 We imagine someone who has:

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail, especially in outreach and link-building messaging.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and native-level Czech, ensuring high-quality communication with both local and international websites.
• Basic SEO knowledge, understanding backlinks, anchor texts, and domain authority.
• Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar) or a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with email outreach and negotiation tactics for acquiring backlinks.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to develop link-building strategies that align with SEO goals.

🛠️ Your primary job responsibilities will be

• Identify and reach out to relevant websites for backlink opportunities (including backlinks from partners, etc.).
• Craft personalized outreach emails to establish partnerships and negotiate link placements.
• Monitor and track backlink performance using SEO tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align link-building with content strategies.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices to improve outreach success.
• Assist with content marketing efforts, ensuring content is link-worthy and optimized for search engines.
