If managing projects comes naturally to you and you thrive in the world of branding, web, and product design, you might be the perfect fit for us! We're looking for an experienced PM/AM to oversee our projects, lead our team, and manage client communication.
We are TRAU, a progressive venture design studio made up of a group of young professionals who love to have fun—but with big ambitions. We've been around for more than three years, successfully delivering projects for prestigious global clients, with a strong focus on tech startups and innovation. Whether working with fast-growing startups (Carl for Social, Ogre, Rendero, Twinzo) or established, forward-thinking brands (Luxury Presence, Rohlik Group, Balkan Bros), we take pride in pushing creative boundaries. What You'll Be Doing
Managing branding and website projects from start to finish for international clients
Leading a team of designers and developers, assigning tasks, and providing feedback
Preparing budgets and project roadmaps, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and overseeing feedback implementation
Organizing and leading internal and client meetings
Conducting design QA to ensure high-quality project deliverables that meet all requirements
Presenting final outputs to clients in collaboration with the design and development teams
Keeping internal documentation well-organized and suggesting process improvements
What We're Looking For
At least 3-4 years of experience in project management for design or digital projects (preferably for international clients)
Perfect English and Czech (both verbal and written)
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
Someone who takes full ownership of projects and drives them independently
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams across multiple projects
Proactive, problem-solving attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Highly organized, reliable and impact focused approach
Experience with various design processes and frameworks
Great eye for design and detail-oriented mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
Background in digital design or branding
Experience using AI and automations
Passion for exploring new tools and apps
Experience with tools from our stack—such as Figma, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Toggl, Caflou
