SW Engineer (medior) - IAM team

A day in the life….

• Work within an agile team charted to design, construct, and maintain an industry-leading Identity Platform.
• Operate effectively as both an individual and as part of your team to develop and deliver innovative solutions, tools, and fixes.
• Responsible for operating business-critical software and tools with demanding uptime and performance metrics.
• Utilize technical and analytical skills to create experiences that balance accessibility, usability, and security.
• Build, deploy, and support our software using cloud services and tools such as AWS, Github, Kubernetes, Ping Identity and more.
• Demonstrate technical skills in Typescript / Java / Python.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in designing, evaluating, and developing web applications.
• Minimum of 1 years of web development and applications development experience is required.
• Exposure to one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, Python
• Exposure to identity standards and best practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is the norm and the bar for quality is extremely high.
• Excited by the challenges of working in a product team undergoing rapid growth and serving millions of customers.
