Technical Team Lead (FE/BE)

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead with a passion for automation, leadership, and creative solutions  

What is the job about?

You will lead and guide a team of JS-FS and BE developers (DNA dev team). Our major product, Dynamic Network Automation (DNA), is innovative, future-proof software designed to automate network processes.

This role will allow you to drive projects through all development stages, mentor team members, and influence how we deliver cutting-edge features.

Our team operates in an agile way using Scrum, and we value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions
• Oversee the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and drive technical improvements.
• Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Act as a technical consultant, ensuring efficient automation and process optimization.
• Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement in both processes and technology.

Skills & Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and frameworks
• Experience with Node.js for back-end development.
• Solid understanding of database design and production implementation (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proficiency in design patterns, unit testing, and writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Strong front-end skills: CSS, HTML, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Network engineering
• Python, Typescript, MeteorJS, and BlazeJS
• Git versioning control
• Communicative English
