Monitor and interpret regulatory changes – Stay ahead of legislative developments impacting the financial sector, such as DORA, PSD2/PSD3, and proactively implement necessary changes.
Oversee ISO 27001 compliance & future certifications – Maintain our ISO 27001 standards and play a key role in achieving additional security and compliance certifications.
Be the go-to legal expert internally – Advise teams on legal and compliance matters, provide training, and help shape internal policies to ensure regulatory alignment.
Assess legal risks & support due diligence – Ensure compliance in investment rounds, partnerships, and third-party tools (e.g., reviewing new technologies for GDPR and data protection risks).
- Manage contracts & legal documentation – Oversee contract templates, maintain the contract evidence, and review legal documents for internal and external use.
