Marketing Manager
THE ROLE
As the Marketing Manager at OAK’S LAB, you will lead and execute our marketing strategy to bring in top clients and attract talented individuals to join our team. You will report directly to our CEO, and you’ll work closely with sales, recruitment, and other departments to establish OAK’S LAB as a leader in the industry.
This is a hands-on role where your efforts will have a direct impact on growing revenue and building our team. You’ll start by managing a graphic designer, with the opportunity to grow your team as OAK’S LAB continues to expand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership & Strategy
- Evolve and execute our marketing strategy to drive inbound leads and job applications
- Manage and grow your team, starting with a graphic designer, to deliver outstanding results
- Take ownership of the marketing budget and maximize ROI
- Brand Building & Content Creation
- Manage website optimization to boost traffic and improve conversion rates
- Oversee social media, growing our following and engagement with relevant audiences
- Establish OAK’S LAB as a thought leader in the tech industry through unique, engaging content
- Campaigns & Analytics
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, or attract job applicants
- Define and track KPIs to measure and optimize the performance of all marketing efforts
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success in tech, startups, VC, or agency environments
- A versatile background spanning copywriting, website, and social media management, as well as digital marketing
- Hands-on experience driving results as both an individual contributor and a team leader
- Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand-building principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling written, photo, and video content
- Data-driven decision-making with expertise in tracking and optimizing KPIs
- Proficiency in standard marketing tools and platforms
- Mindset
- Focus on outcomes over outputs
- A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and delivers in a hands-on way
- A bold thinker who is not afraid to experiment and innovate
- Nice to Have
- Understanding of startups, tech, and the VC landscape
- Knowledge of software product development processes
- Familiarity with marketing to US-based audiences
- Native English speaker
