Sourced is new startup launching to match developers with jobs

Source{d} is a new AI tool from Spain. The startup, which today is announcing $6 million in Series A funding, is using deep learning to help startups and larger companies recruit developers.

How it works: it’s AI tech analyzes the code of millions of developers via their open source contributions in order to match them to appropriate job openings.

Currently in it;s 2nd year of operations, they are backed by three European investment funds: Xavier Niel’s own fund, Otium Venture, and Sunstone Capital. The company already has offices in Madrid and Berlin, and says the new capital will be used to expand to London, Paris, Stockholm, Amsterdam, New York, Boston and San Francisco.
